Skills Training Courses
Prerequisites
The following courses are prerequisites for Dynamic Kettlebell group classes. Once you successfully complete one of these courses, you are eligible to attend any group class at that skills level or below. For instance, if you are Level II, you are invited to attend all Level II classes as well as all Level I classes.

- Level I Skills Training
Level I classes prerequisite
This training is mandatory before a student can attend any of the other class offerings. It covers joint mobility and the basic techniques of 4-6 kettlebell moves. Students will receive ample instruction and feedback to ensure that their kettlebell practice can be pursued with safety and precision.
This class is offered at least once a month and is approximately 2.5 hours of instruction.
Level II Skills Training
Level II classes prerequisite
This class is available to students who have focused on form and who have substantially built strength and endurance. It will review some basic moves and techniques so students can fine-tune their form. This class will then cover the following moves and techniques: the Clean, Clean and Press, Snatch, and the Turkish Get-up (time permitting.)
This class is offered at least once a month and is approximately 2.5 hours of instruction.
Level III Skills Training
Level III classes prerequisite
This class is available to top-tier students who are interested in integrating increased flexibility and difficulty into their kettlebell routine. It will facilitate mastery of the difficult Slash/Burn classes, as well as teach several new kettlebell moves including the Windmill, Turkish Get-up variations, the Pistol, and pull-up strategies.
This class is offered at least once a month and is approximately 2.5 hours of instruction.

Quick Hit
Offered for Levels I and II
Quick Hit is the ideal class for members who require a lot of impact in a short amount of time. This fast-paced workout combines various kettlebell lifts and body weight exercises in such creative ways that when finished, you’ll be surprised that 40 minutes have passed. And we bet you’ll be tired. If you’re a parent with young kids or if you’re tied to a desk (or a paintbrush or a tractor) for much of the day, this class is for you.

Reshape
Offered for Levels I and II
Reshape is designed for members who strive to rework their body. We combine intervals of endurance and speed, slow movement, and body weight in a way that is proven to raise the metabolic rate. A Reshape workout will simultaneously build your muscle and burn unnecessary fat. Partner this class with your effective nutrition plan to create the model equation to losing unnecessary weight. If you commit to this workout 3-4 times a week, we’re certain your pants or skirt will fit differently in a matter of weeks.

S(up)port
Offered for Levels I and II
S(up)port is a demanding, high energy workout that celebrates the strength of our members who prefer to challenge themselves in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere. In this class, we focus on the systems that support the body. Members who regularly attend S(up)port will increase bone density and maintain muscle mass while building endurance thereby driving their metabolic rate up up up! We’ll use the kettlebell and body weight exercises to increase both strength and endurance in chorus. Valuable for people of all ages, women who are experiencing the hormonal shift that often triggers the dreaded muffin top will greatly benefit from this class.

Framework
Level I
Framework is the class for members who feel they need to spend more time fine-tuning their kettlebell skills. In Framework, we focus on technique and posture while providing a great workout in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Ideal for those who have just completed their Level I Skills Training, we also recommend that our Level II and III members periodically participate in this class to adjust, refine and refocus their skills. Those that do often experience profound improvement when they return to their regular class.

Go Ballistic
Offered for Levels I and II
Go Ballistic is for our athletes. If you don’t shy away from being pushed to your limits, if you thrive off of competition, this class is for you. Fast paced and not shy about it, this workout incorporates strength-building and body weight exercises to ensure you’re getting a well-rounded workout. This high impact, high energy, high everything session will send you away "high" on kettlebell. Your heart will be beating, your muscles aching, your sweat dripping, and your lips grinning when Go Ballistic is over. Do you dare?

Six-Pack
Open to All Levels
Want a Six-Pack stomach? Well, come and get it! And take with you a strong back, improved posture, and a tough tushy to boot. This trunk-focused workout is the quick way to a washboard belly (or to shed the spare tire.)

Heavy Metal
Level II
Heavy Metal is all the resistance training you can take in one hour. Members will develop a massive muscular system, characterized by highly amplified strength, extended lean muscles, and overall machismo. Oh yeah - women, you can come too! For members who frequent ballistic –based trainings, Heavy Metal is the break you need from your regular routine to support your overall health and improve your kettlebell abilities. You’ll be amazed at your marked improvement when you return to your high-energy class.

Guru
Level III
Not for the faint of heart, Guru is our answer to the question "How far can kettlebell addicts go?" This class incorporates advanced kettlebell skills into a high-octane, strength-intensive workout. Open to Level III members only.
