Intro. To Kettlebell Training
This training is mandatory before a student can attend any of the other class offerings. It covers joint mobility and the basic techniques of six kettlebell moves. Students will receive ample instruction and feedback to ensure that their kettlebell practice can be pursued with safety and precision.

This class is offered at least once a month and costs $80 for two to two and a half hours of instruction.
Foundations
This class is well suited for beginners and people interested in fine-tuning form. Each session will focus on developing flexibility, strength, and conditioning. It will be a mixture of bodyweight and kettlebell exercises with lots of instruction from Keira.
Basic Training
Ideal for beginning to intermediate students looking to increase endurance and build strength, this class will work on an energetic mix of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. Students should be comfortable with the basic moves of the deadlift, swing, squat and overhead press.
Slash and Burn

For intermediate to advanced students. This class will incorporate an array of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises into a fast-paced ballistic workout...an intense experience.

The Lunch Rush
Open to all levels, the emphasis of this class is speed. In 45 minutes, students will complete several short circuits that mix kettlebell and bodyweight work. Rest will be in short supply.
